Dear Sirs,
it has come to my attention that one of my copyright protected photos (The Murano Christmas tree) has been used as part of your online presence without seeking prior authorization, without proper compensation, and without attribution. This is a violation of national and international copyright laws.
The image in question is in this page (The Murano Christmas tree)
The location (URL) of the original image is:

The image is properly marked as copyright protected. I hold the original high-resolution image file, so it can be proven at any time that I am the rightful creator and owner of the image.
In order to avoid legal troubles for both parties, I offer hereby the following out-of-court settlement:
1. You will properly licence the image for the current use whit mentioning my name (Vinicio TULLIO) and my website (www.printsofitaly.it).
2. In order for the settlement to become valid, the changement has to be made prior to (2012/02/29). If you have not made it by that time, I will hand over the case to my IP lawyer to take the necessary steps.
3. This out-of-court settlement is only valid until (2012/02/29) under the afore mentioned conditions. Should a settlement not be reached by that time, I reserve the right to seek higher compensation for the copyright infringement according to national and international laws. This will then also include any legal fees.
I firmly believe that this is a fair offer that benefits both parties.
